MAXIMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE
Dress casually and comfortably throughout the weekend. The room can be extremely cool, so please bring warm clothes. For Thursday’s Firewalk, we suggest that you wear shoes that slip off easily and pants that can be rolled up. No loose fitting, long flowing clothing allowed.
Thursday: In preparation for the Firewalk, we suggest that you eat only light meals after 12:00pm. This will maximize the energy available to you in the evening.
Friday – Sunday: We have incorporated time in the program for you to partake of a mid-day snack break.
